For the first time, the Nobel Prize banquet chef consists of a duo: Tommy Myllymäki and Pi will be in charge of the first and main course for the 1,300 guests in the Blue Hall on 10 December. They are joined by Frida Bäcke, who for the second year in a row will create the evening’s dessert.
