The Nobel Prize in Chemistry 1996

The Royal Swedish Academy of Sciences awarded the 1996 Nobel Prize in Chemistry jointly to Professor Robert F. Curl, Harold W. Kroto and Richard E. Smalley for their discovery of fullerenes.
