Quo Vadis

I think it's the most compelling and well-written historical novel ever. It displays literary craftsmanship, the characters are "alive" and have the power to touch the innermost of your emotion.

I am very impressed by this novel because of great showing from Sienkiewicz in the time of Rome,
especially in the time of Nero and his hatred for Christians and his bad works against the Christian people.
He put in the end of the novel an important question: and so what after the victory of Christianty?

It is a very deep and life changing
book. You just imagine yourself being present and you got a picture
of whoyou really are.

It's a beautiful historical masterpiece
about the Roman times. It takes place in Rome and introduces
difficult and wonderful figures. My favorite characters are Petronius
and Lygia. I was about 15 when I read it.
