Andee Uren is a research psychologist by profession and is currently the Executive Head of Organisational Effectiveness for Nedbank in South Africa. She is passionate about the new world of work and the opportunities that digital transformation present.

Andee Uren is a research psychologist by profession and is currently the Executive Head of Organisational Effectiveness for Nedbank in South Africa. Her career has spanned a number of sectors from academia, to the NGO sector, to the corporate world; and from psychology, to healthcare, to financial services. She has authored two university textbooks on health psychology as well as a wide variety of research and editorial pieces. She specialised in behaviour change communication and choice architecture which she now applies in the areas of workforce experience and organisational culture.

Uren has worked extensively across the African continent as well as writing research and white papers for Asia-Pacific. Her interest in academia is maintained through ongoing collaboration with the University of Pretoria on the future of work, as well as her position as external examiner for MBA research for the Gordon Institute of Business Science. She is passionate about the new world of work and the opportunities that digital transformation present. Her interests include culture, leadership, behaviour change, the future of work and the quest for the perfect cappuccino.
