Lin Xueling was born in Oxford and read law at Girton College, Cambridge in the UK. She was Scandinavian Chief Correspondent for Dow Jones Newswires and is now Executive Producer at CNA (Channel NewsAsia). Lin won the national award for Singapore’s Best Current Affairs Presenter at the Asian Academy Creative Awards two years in a row. She has covered stories from the armed conflict in Marawi in the Philippines to tsunami disasters in Indonesia. Lin is currently the Executive Producer of In Conversation, CNA’s flagship current affairs interview show that has been running for more than 20 years.
