Corey Hawkins made his Broadway debut as Tybalt in the 2013 revival of 'Romeo & Juliet' and received a Tony Award nomination as Leading Actor in a Play in 2017 for his performance in 'Six Degrees of Separation'.

Corey Hawkins made his Broadway debut as Tybalt in the 2013 revival of ‘Romeo & Juliet’ and received a Tony Award nomination as Leading Actor in a Play in 2017 for his performance in ‘Six Degrees of Separation’. His television and film credits include: ‘Straight Outta Compton’ (2015), ‘Kong: Skull Island’ (2017), ‘BlacKkKlansman’ (2018), ‘Iron Man 3’ (2013), ‘The Walking Dead’ (2015-2016), ’24: Legacy’ (2016-2017), and the forthcoming ‘In The Heights’ (2021), ‘The Tragedy of Macbeth’ (2021), and ‘Americanah’ (2021). Hawkins is a graduate of The Juilliard School. While in his 4th year at Juilliard, he received The John Houseman Award for excellence in classical theatre.
