Lisa Mastiaux is a Youth Fellow at the International Youth Think Tank. She has a strong interest in the promotion and strengthening of democracy. Together with other Youth Fellows, she has co-authored a policy brief on ’Addressing Democratic Disenchantment Through Community Assemblies’.

Next to her studies of political science with a focus on international relations at the University of Copenhagen, Mastiaux holds a position as Project Manager in a sustainable energy project. Driven by a strong faith that many young people come up with important future-oriented ideas and solutions for recent global challenges, she represented Germany as a Youth Delegate to the G20 Youth Summit in 2020.
