Mimi Billing is a founding senior reporter at Sifted, a media site covering European tech innovation.

Mimi Billing is a founding senior reporter at Sifted, a media site covering European tech innovation backed by Financial Times. Apart from writing about the new innovation of European healthtech, she is responsible for covering the fast-paced startup scene in the Nordics. In addition, she moderates events and talks for a number of external organisations, that are aligned with her work at Sifted.

Prior to joining Sifted in early 2019, she worked Dagens Industri (the biggest business newspaper in the Nordics), TT News Agency and Swedish Radio (Ekot). Before turning to journalism in 2012, she worked as a management consultant at Accenture in London.

In addition to her studies in journalism, Billing holds a MA in International Studies and Diplomacy from SOAS, University of London and a BA in Business.
