Anna J Haag is a former Swedish cross-country skier who has participated in three Olympic Games.

Anna J Haag is a former Swedish cross-country skier who has participated in three Olympic Games. She has an impressive career with several international successes, including an Olympic gold in the relay from Sochi 2014 and two silver medals from the Olympics in Vancouver 2010.

During her active career, Haag was known for her endurance and strong mental focus. She has always been a role model when it comes to combining hard work with a balanced lifestyle, not leaving anything aside. After ending her career in 2018, Anna has continued to be active in health and fitness, sharing her experiences and insights with others, and trained in exercise and nutrition.

Today, she is an entrepreneur, lecturer and online trainer. Together with her husband Emil Jönsson Haag they run a company where they offer training inspiration, health advice and lectures. She is also committed to developing digital training programmes and motivating people to find the joy in movement and an active lifestyle. Haag ‘s transition from elite athlete to fitness inspiration shows how she remains passionate about helping others reach their goals, to maintain a healthy and sustainable lifestyle, whether they are top athletes or a “small kids mum”.
