Nobel Peace Prize lecture 2024

The Nobel Peace Prize lecture will be held on 10 December as part of the Nobel Peace Prize award ceremony at the Oslo City Hall in Norway. The ceremony starts at 13:00 CET.

The ceremony contains artistic performances and the speech of Chair of the Norwegian Nobel Committee. The 2024 Nobel Peace Prize laureate Nihon Hidankyo will be represented by Mr. Terumi Tanaka. He will receive the diploma and gold medal and finally give the Nobel Prize lecture on behalf of Nihon Hidankyo. 

The Nobel Peace Prize award ceremony, including the Nobel Prize lecture, will be streamed live on nobelprize.org and will later be available here. Transcripts of the lecture will be published here on 10 December at 13:00 CET.
